We all take care for our physical body and some are even
obsessed with it. But do we really know that most importantly we should all be
taking care of our emotional wellbeing which in turn affects the physical body
in positive ways.
What is emotional wellbeing?
Being emotionally well is not just handling stress. It also
involves being attentive to our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, whether
positive or negative. We should not only be aware of our feelings but also
accept, rather than deny them; have an optimistic approach to live; adjust to
change; cope with stress in a healthy way and enjoy life despite its occasional
disappointments and frustrations.
Maintaining emotional well-being can sometimes feel like a
continual balancing act. When life is going smoothly, it is easy to feel
centered and secure. But difficult events inevitably arise and the feelings
they cause can seriously disturb our emotional balance.
Ask yourselves these questions:
Am I able to maintain a balance of
work, family, friends, and other obligations?
Do I have ways to reduce stress in
Am I able to make decisions with a
minimum of stress and worry?
Am I able to set priorities?
If you answered "No" to any of the questions, it
indicates that you need to improve the state of your emotional wellness.
There is only one path to follow in this case which is simple to
understand yet could be difficult to implement. You are not able to answer the
above because you are denying your own emotions/thoughts/feelings. You are not
listening to your higher self. Maybe you are occupied with negativity or lack
Any emotional problem can only be solved once we are aware of
our thoughts and feelings that are of concern and then dealing the same with a positive
attitude. We can take help but we should be sure about the one we are
seeking support from and expressing emotions to and also be open to accepting
mistakes and learning from them. We all have to set priorities and maintain a
balance while doing time management to balance every aspect effectively.

live like a free spirit! Mind, body and soul are all interconnected. So using
