Every New Year is special and comes with its own share of good and not-so-good moments. This New Year comes with another possibility. A possibility of a new life, new situations, new relationships, new outlook. It is usually a time for resolutions that we make to fulfill in the New Year.
Resolutions are dreams that we want to fulfill in our life. Dreams that we have held close to our hearts. And as the year progresses, a lot of those resolutions seem like a distant dream blowing out and away like wind. This is the reason we bring to you this month an edition on dreams and manifestations. How do you write your dreams as your goals, what practical steps to create so that the dream becomes a reality soon.
We have been taught through ages that manifestation is a result of efforts and hard work. No pain no gain. But no one ever taught us about goals and dreams, about the laws of universe, about the fact that there is a huge universe out there ready to support us, our will and desires. Its like the whole universe revolves around us waiting for our command. And every moment we are commanding the universe through thoughts, prayers and desires. Whether we are aware of those desires and thoughts or not is a different matter. But all those thoughts and beliefs are creating a powerful field of intention around us that are creating our life every moment.
If you feel you are a victim of life, prepare to be surprised. Because you are a victim of your thoughts and beliefs over which you have apparently no control yet.
Control comes with awareness and awareness comes with silence and awakening. 2015 is a year of awakening. As you begin to become aware of your beliefs and thoughts every moment, you begin to regain control of your life. You no longer are a victim unless you want to be one. It becomes a matter of choice rather than chance now.
Once you begin to become aware, you follow three steps to manifesting.
1. Ask – this is where you create a goal or desire or a dream that you want fulfilled. For example: buying a dream house.
2. Believe and Release – this is where you believe that what you have dreamt of will manifest into reality. This step also includes releasing any blocks to manifesting, for example: though you want to buy a house and need money for that, a sub-conscious belief would be its bad to indulge in luxury or spend money. This belief will block you from manifesting your desire.
3. Receive – This step is about being open to receiving. A lot of people are very good with asking and believing yet they are unable to receive because another belief that they carry unconsciously is that it is bad to receive. I should only be a giver not a receiver. Releasing this block will enable you to receive all that you dreamt of.
There are many ways in which you can release your blocks for example by energy healing, asking help from angels and following their guidance, EFT, Psych-K or NLP. Simple awareness of what blocks you from manifesting can also help sometimes in releasing the block.
Hope you enjoy reading this edition and find manifesting a natural thing to do.
