Magic is a state of mind. According to me it is the heart that create and nurture magic around us. I feel teenage is the most magical phase of life. Everything around us is... rosy and bright.... joyful and light...
As if the whole universe is at your disposal. Everything is at its romantic peak. But as we grow up, this magic starts fading. Our rational analytical mind starts questioning the logic behind small wonderful things. We no longer relish the colours of butterflies, twinkling stars, gifts extra. We stop nurturing our ' sense of wonder’. We stop nurturing the small child within. We stop expecting and practicing unconditional love.
Life is same...showering its bounty over us in form of nature, loving relationships, good thoughts, spiritual experiences etc. But our outlook changes as we grow and start taking everything for granted.
I feel blessed, as hard reality of life couldn't affect my 'childlike innocence’. Our inner state reflects our outer experiences in life most of the time. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the unconditional love I get from my family and friends. For me life is a simple and sweet story without any unusual melodrama. The way we look at life, the thoughts we nourish in our mind create our reality of life. So, lets start using our lost or faded sensitive faculties recreate the MAGIC in life once again.
I am experiencing magic in my life everyday mundane life. I don’t know your formula of life but I am keen to share with you some simple and very easy Magical rituals. I practice these simple Magical rituals daily and automatically attract and experience magic everyday. These rituals have created wonders in my life. You can also try and share with others.
# Life is not a story full of action and melodrama. The mystery of life is revealed in its simplicity. I remember the freshness I use to feel while reading works of famous writer R.K.Narayan (esp. Malgudi Days). # Practice unconditional love. For some relationships are just give and take deal. When we don’t get reciprocal we get hurt. It is our human nature to expect in return. Expecting in return is not a bad thing. But even if you start practicing unconditional love just 5% in life. You will start witnessing the magic unconditional love (5%) creates. The love will return manifold back to you. If you find difficult to express unconditional love to others, start giving unconditional love to plants, animals. Give your love to small kids. Please don’t forget to practice unconditional love towards self first. # Stop taking life for granted. When we start noticing small beautiful gestures of life, we start feeling the magic again...a glass of water served with smile, a joke, a new pinch by a friend on wearing new dress, a free extra golguppa, favourite dish as a surprise, a chocolate as gift.... Start relishing these small pleasures and feel the difference. # Chant and use this magical mantra a lot..."THANKYOU" # Use compliments. At least make a point to give three compliments in whole day. # Attitude of Gratitude. If you learn to live in gratefulness your life will be changed. To start with a small thanks giving prayer in morning and before going to sleep is enough. # Meditation-Daily 10mins are enough to boost your spirit level. # Never miss a chance to laugh and play with kids. #Learn Reiki. Reiki is wonderful to experience your God connection and connecting with your own inner self. It’s simply magical.
I know that these rituals are too simple that you will be wondering while reading, “OH! I already know all this". "YES”, you know all this but I am just giving you reminder. As I said, “Life is mystical in its simple ways”. Let’s explore the magic in our life, hidden in its simplicity.
